📝 Ingredients for an 18-20 cm baking pan:
✅ 2 eggs
✅ 100g sugar / 3.52 oz.
✅ 1 pack vanillin (8g) / 0.28 oz.
✅ 200 g flour / 7.05 oz.
✅ 10 g baking powder / 0.35 oz.
✅ 200 ml milk / 6.76 fl.oz.
✅ 300g fruit/fruits/berries / 10.58 oz.
Preparation:
1. Beat eggs, sugar and vanillin in a bowl until fluffy.
2. Add milk.
3. Sift the flour and baking powder in 2 steps, folding in slowly.
4. Add any fruit or berries you like, mix and pour into a prepared baking pan.
5. Bake at 180° C/ 356° F (preheated) for about 40 minutes until golden.
