Intro To Switzerland by Train! St. Moritz, Muottas Muragl, and Bernina Diavolezza Glacier Visits!
Just two days into a Photo Tour around Switzerland by train, we've already seen and experienced a lot! Since we weren't really interested in shopping, we instead took two trips up into the mountains.
The first was a funicular - a small cog-wheel train - that took us up to a place called Muottas Muragl, which provided us with panoramic views of the valleys below - including distant views of St. Moritz where we were staying.
The second place involved a cable car up to the Bernina Diavolezza Glacier. We weren't prepared for how beautiful it was! We stopped in the restaurant for lunch, and while waiting for our food, a couple of us went outside to see the views - and immediately told everyone they had to get out there!
So much beauty, and we're only two days into our trip - with the highlights of Zermatt and Grindelwald still ahead!
