In the ovulatory phase of your cycle, estrogen levels peak during ovulation and then dip as progesterone rises and takes over. This makes this phase of your cycle a great time to focus on foods that support healthy estrogen metabolism and excretion and healthy progesterone levels! Of course you can enjoy the foods I mention all cycle long but the ovulatory phase is when your body really benefits from them and I explain why in the video.
