Losing my period was a big wake up call for me and getting it back wasn't as simple as just "eating more" so in todays video, I talk about 5 things that helped me get it back! What has helped me the most is cultivating a healthy relationship with food, exercise, stress/self care, and boundaries. cycle tracing was also an essential part of healing for me.
