Ghirardelli Brownie Cookies
20 oz Box of Ghirardelli Brownie Mix
2 Eggs
1/3 C Oil (avocado, canola, vegetable, etc.)
1 C Chocolate Chips - you can also mix with nuts
In a large bowl mix eggs & oil until combined.
Add in brownie mix and chips and nuts if you are using.
Mix until combined. Batter will be thick.
Drop by rounded tsp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake @350 F for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes before removing them from
the baking sheet.
