Chicken Bacon Ranch Dip
1 Rotisserie Chicken -shredded (approx 4 cups)
8 oz Cream Cheese - room temp
16 oz Sour Cream
1 Pkg Ranch Seasoning Mix
1 C Cooked Bacon - chopped
1 Bunch Scallions - sliced
1/4 C Pimentos - chopped
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
In a large bowl mix the cream cheese & sour cream until combined. Add in ranch seasoning, powder, worcestershire sauce, pimentos, 1 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, bacon, scallions (save a little scallions & bacon for the top). Mix well.
Grease a 9 x 9 baking dish
Add mixture and top with remaining bacon, cheese & scallions.
Bake @@ 350 F for 30 minutes
