Jiffy Cheesy Spoon Bread
8 oz Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
14.75 oz Can Creamed Corn
15 oz Can Sweet Corn - drained
8 oz Sour Cream
1/2 C Butter - melted
3 Eggs
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Grease an 8 x 8 baking dish
Add ingredients to a large bowl and stir until combined
Pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake @ 375 F for 40 - 45 minutes or until set in the middle.
