Mobility training does wonders for how you feel. If you have a nagging pain, it is likely that doing some mobility exercises in your mid-range and end ranges will do the trick. It will often make a substantial change in a short period of time as well. Strengthening is generally more productive than stretching!

Obviously, this video is targeting the knee and hip by focusing on the hamstrings, but these principals apply to all of the joints in the body. We could make this same exact video for all motions of the shoulder, neck, fingers, ankles, toes, back, etc.
