I've had a few people contact me this week about our 'Coaching Program'. The problem? We haven't offered the coaching program for a number of years, and we didn't even expect to take on more direct-entry website/marketing clients after December last year. Things changed a little.
Our website and Yabber digital marketing and social media system is our core product, so when you see us out every single day picking up partners and working with clients, we're doing so simply because we want brokers to understand how relationship marketing works (and trust me, everybody has it wrong). In essence, we're teaching brokers the human factors or soft skills that are guided by our software and website systems. Those brokers you'll see us working with are just website clients.
We did offer a coaching program in the past but we determined that brokers didn't need fluff and Powerpoints, so we introduced a volume-based Platinum program that continued until last year, and since that time we've assisted brokers whenever they need it (every single day I'll introduce a few partners to various businesses). Certainly, Sydney brokers are at an advantage because we will always spend one-on-one time with them.
Volume is very easy for us because we do it every day. Our methods just work.
The attached video is from Broker Dan, a Melbourne-based broker that came to us in 2019 with very low volume and little enthusiasm. Daniel wasn't a managed (or Platinum) client, but instead was more of a quasi-coached client in that we simply spent more time with him that others. Daniel saw business growth of around 700-800% in the first 12 months, and we introduced partners to him that delivered over 100 monthly leads, so we set him up in such a way that he could replicate and build his various partner channels without us. I don't recall if we ever ran FB/Google ads for Dan, but like most brokers, he certainly didn't need them despite the fact he came to us for that purpose (Dan had previously purchased a rubbish program called 'Mortgage Broker Mastery' that delivered zero results... and it's this nonsense 14k program that was a catalyst for us to expand our free 'Funnels' product).
During our massive Jupiter program of September and October of 2019, we returned Dan with about 70m+ in volume, and I personally referred around 45-million in other deals that came to me directly (the broader Jupiter program returned ~2.3BN to participating brokers - all generated in our office).
As expected with all BNI guys, Dan now works with one of his BNI colleagues, and I'm sure he's enjoying success.
The attached video is one I recorded in the offices of a client that includes selected snippets from a larger conversation. I obviously maintain (or previously maintained) NDA agreements with our guys to prevents the coaching and other crowds from stealing our stuff (and I have some stories to tell), but in Dan's case we used him as a case-study for an Agg PD day so he was 'generally' known at that time.
Dan's story is far from unique, and he is no way one of our best-performers, although he did extremely well.
