Hello! I present to your attention a forearm workout. Thanks to this workout, you will increase your forearms and make them much stronger. Developed forearms will allow you to do more pull-ups and other exercises with your own weight, and will also significantly give you the aesthetic appearance of strong arms.

The workout includes 4 exercises with dumbbells and describes the approximate number of approaches and repetitions for each exercise. Choose the weight of the dumbbells and rest between approaches yourself. For each exercise, the weight of the dumbbells will be different, but it should be such that you can perform the approximate number of repetitions as in the video. Rest no more than 5 minutes between each approach.
