Hello. Today is a full body kettlebell workout! The kettlebell is a universal tool for building an aesthetic and strong body. I advise absolutely everyone to include kettlebell training. The only thing is to choose the weight of the kettlebell.

The workout is only 4 minutes using the Tabata system, that is, 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest and a total of 8 cycles. For an advanced level, you can perform 3 circles with rest or increase the time you perform the exercises in the workout itself.

Don’t forget about a balanced diet, sleep and rest patterns for better recovery.
