Apple Bulk Pie
Calculation for a round shape with a diameter of 22 cm (8.7 inch)
Pie dough:
150 g ( 5.5oz ) wheat flour
150 g ( 5.5oz ) semolina
150 g ( 5.5oz ) sugar (can be replaced with brown cane or coconut)
8 g ( 0.3oz ) baking powder
A Pinch of salt
1 tsp ( 0.17oz ) cinnamon (can be substituted for vanilla) - optional
10 pieces. apples, medium - 1.5 kg (52.9oz) of apples
100 g ( 3.5oz ) butter (cold)
50 g ( 1.7oz ) brown cane sugar (can be substituted for any other)

20 grams of powdered sugar (for dusting)
Bake in the oven preheated to 175-180 C - 350F ( Gas 4 ) 45-50 minutes
