Ty Iechyd Da. "Tea-Yah-Key-Da". This is worse than when we try to read the labels on tequila bottles. Thankfully, it gets easier to say the more you drink, and it's pretty good from the get-go. Fans of our James May gin episodes may have an easier time with it, as we think it might be Welsh? Regardless, this gin is pretty tasty. Herbal and garden fresh, Songbird doesn't have much if any anise flavors bouncing up to the surface to disturb the mellow, smooth nature of this gin. As clean as this gin is, we think it's great for cocktails or just neat. Cheers!
