New Glarus is hard to beat. The beers leaving the famed brewery in Wisconsin are some of the most sought after, well balanced brews you'll find. For this thumbprint series, New Glarus takes a turn, at least from what the offerings we've had. Still a well balanced beer, it doesn't hold anything back. Full flavor send on this can. Light cherries and a bright floral hint on the nose, the 4lbs of hops come through in spades on the taste. We think the seven varieties of hops used here take your along a path, that's not particularly malty compared to other double IPA beers. This thick bodied beer is definitely one to seek out if you like a classic ipa. Cheers!
