In this mini-lecture we consider: (i) the abstract number two as described by Peano; (ii) our original question from mini-lecture one, ‘What is 2 + 2 = 4?,’ in the context of Peano’s rules; and (iii) inventing new methods using computers to add numbers and to do much much more.
