► INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs.
150 grams of sugar
20 grams of vanilla sugar.
60 g cornstarch.
500ml milk.
Mix until smooth.
Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Allow to cool to room temperature (can be placed in a bowl of ice or cold water).

80g butter.
A pinch of salt.
A pinch of sugar.
200ml of water.
Heat until the butter melts.
Flour 120 gr.
Mix until smooth.
4-5 eggs. Add one at a time and mix well.
The dough should have this consistency.
2 tablespoons cocoa.
Mix until smooth.
Silicone or parchment mat 30*40 cm.
Spread on two surfaces.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool down.
Cut into 8 parts (4 parts each).
160 g butter (room temperature). Beat for 3-5 minutes.
Gradually add the pudding in small portions.
Collect the cake.
Chop 150g nuts (I used walnuts and almonds).
Leave to cool for several hours.
