My grandmother taught me how to make this delicious apple pie. Quick and easy!
In this video I show you how my grandmother taught me to make this delicious apple pie. A simple and quick recipe that will melt in your mouth! Try it and let yourself be enchanted by this traditional cake.

Ingredients:
700 g apples (1.54 lbs)
7 eggs, separated into egg whites and yolks
A pinch of salt
80 g sugar (2.82 oz)
100 g all-purpose flour (3.53 oz)
1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Peel and core the apples.
Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until foamy.
Gradually add sugar in small portions and beat until sugar has dissolved and soft peaks form.
Add egg yolks one at a time, mixing well each time until the mixture is homogeneous.
Carefully fold in the flour and baking powder from bottom to top to preserve the airiness of the eggs.

Bake:
Line a baking tray (34 x 38 cm / 13.4 x 15 in) with baking paper.
Grate the apples and distribute them evenly, leaving a border free.
Spread the dough evenly over it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) for 20-25 minutes.
Immediately shape the cake into a roll and let it cool to room temperature.
If desired, store in the refrigerator and trim the edges.

Ingredients:
Filling:
1 lemon.
6 apples.
Chop apples.
Add the apples to the pan.
Juice of 1 lemon.
70g sugar.
1 tablespoon cornstarch.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional).
Fry for 5-7 minutes.
Line a baking dish (37/42 cm) with baking paper.

Sponge cake:
Divide 4 eggs into whites and yolks.
Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites.
Beat until fluffy.
80g sugar.
Add little by little.
Beat until the sugar dissolves and soft peaks form.
4 egg yolks.
Mix until smooth.
40 ml vegetable oil (4 tablespoons).
Mix
100g flour.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Bake in the oven preheated to 180 °C for 20-25 minutes.
Allow to cool completely.

Cream:
300g cream cheese.
2-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
150 ml whipped cream (33-36%).
Beat until thickened.

50 g nuts. Grind.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Chill if necessary.
Store in the refrigerator.
