If you say that you can't find time for 5 minutes of exercise, you must reevaluate whether it is important to you.

We are all guilty of not being consistent with something in our lives that we know will help us feel better or be happier. When that happens, it can be helpful to take a step back and assess what our ultimate goal is for ourselves. If you want to live an active lifestyle in your later years, are your actions TODAY
helping you get there?

Once you have figured out your "why" for wanting to form a new habit, you must then start implementing it.

Many of us must start small to create healthy habits. 1-5 minutes of movement every day will allow us to gradually get comfortable with the idea that we do have room for exercise in our schedule. As it becomes easier to complete the small amount of time, you can then gradually increase that time until you are eventually able to do 30-60 minutes 3-5 days a week.

If you are only doing 1 day a week for 60 minutes, that's great, however, you can get so much more bang for your buck if you do at least 5 minutes on each of the other days of the week.
