Very tasty, very affordable, very mindful Chorizo Egg Tacos 🌮
Im trying a new thing where I make meals in less than 30 minute prep “realistically” and these were done in less than 20! If you love a good taco try this out. It’s flavorful, affordable, and easy to make! Very demure.
What you’ll need:
Makes 4-6 servings
6-8 tortillas @missionfoodsus
12-15 oz chorizo of choice I use @caciquefoods one of my favorite Hispanic food brands
6 eggs
Queso of choice
Cilantro
Hot sauce
Pickled onion:
1/2 red onion
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp peppercorns
3 Thai chilis
