CHEESY Chili Cheese Steak Fries Recipe
FULL VIDEO RECIPE HERE: • How to Make CHEESY CHILI CHEESE STEA...
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 - 14oz cans diced tomatoes
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. smoked paprika or regular paprika
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
salt and black pepper
oil
French fries
grated cheddar cheese
diced red onions and jalapenos for garnish
In a skillet on med high heat add ground beef.
Cook and chop until no longer pink. Drain fat if needed.
Add diced onions, bell peppers, salt and black pepper.
Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add minced garlic. Cook and stir for one minute.
Add tomato paste. Cook and stir for another minute.
Add diced tomatoes. Stir and bring up to a simmer.
Add spices. Stir and simmer for 30 minutes occassionally stirring.
Assemble chili cheese fries: steak fries, grated cheese, chili, top with more cheese.
Place under broiler until cheese is melted - only take a minute.
Enjoy.
