Why buy commercial protein powders when you can make them yourself, cheaper, naturally and without the addition of additives or preservatives! Here are 3 of the protein powders that I make at home and that I enjoy sharing. The first does not require any preparation and is therefore the simplest! It only has 1 ingredient! The second is a mixture of seeds, perfect for sprinkling on salads, adding to your drinks, it keeps very well. And the third is perfect for adding the flavor of your choice - chocolate, vanilla sugar, coffee, etc..., it can replace the first protein powder for those who are allergic to it. Good tasting !
1 - For the second recipe, in the seed mixture, I sometimes like to add homemade peanut flour - very rich in protein too.

1st protein powder:
lupine flour
2nd protein powder:
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
1/2 cup powdered flax seeds
3rd protein powder
-2 cups of broken coral lentils (2 cups)
