Beginner lower body workout you can do at home!

You can do this with or without weights!

Six exercises
45 second work 15 second rest
Goblet squat with a pulse
Single leg deadlift each side
Split squat each side
Bulgarian lunges each side
Rocking side lunge
Single leg glute bridge each side
