Here is the next installment for August starting with your upper body workout!

my goal with this series is to help you get started! Strength training is one of the most effective ways to increase your metabolism and help make weight loss easier!

So grab your hand weights and let’s get started. You will complete each exercise for 12 to 15 reps on each side where applicable. Choose a weight that’s going to challenge you but allow you to maintain good form. If you’re a beginner complete 1 to 2 full sets of all six exercises. If you’re more advanced, consider 2 to 3 sets.

As you move through the month, try adding an additional set or try adding heavier weights.
