In part one I address lack of structure. Today I will address eating out.
Eating out is inevitable for most people so if you know that you struggle to be consistent due to eating out on the weekends, do something about it!!
Every restaurants is required to have nutritional info on their website! So take your top five restaurants and look it up! Find the best choice so the next time you are there you know exactly what to eat!!
I have a whole fast food series on my you tube page! Comment fast food below and I will send you the link! When I am looking at a restaurant I want to find meal options that are around 500-600 calories and at least 30g protein.
So at this point in my health journey if I go to chick fila, I know exactly what I am ordering! If I go to chipotle, I know exactly what I am ordering! Having these go tos take all the concerns and worry out of eating out and staying on track!
At the end of the day you are going to eat out so if you are serious about your health goals then you will take an hour and get these go to together. If you are not serious you will continue to make excuses.
