What I eat and drink in a day during a caloric deficit. When it comes to my hydration, electrolyte water is a must for me! You will find me using @goultima multiple times a day because without it I know my energy will be low! When it comes to nutrition, my number one goal is to achieve adequate protein intake and have as much fiber as possible. My minimum goal is 120 grams of protein and I aim for at least 25 g of fiber.
