🤔 What can you do about this?
🍝 Have smaller meals. This means you're not filling your stomach up as quickly as you normally would. Smaller but more often is the way to go!
🥗 Always try to eat healthy - especially in this time! So avoiding heavy, rich, spicy foods will help you to control these symptoms better
☕️ Reduce your caffeine intake
🐒 Sit up straight when eating - so no snacking in bed 🙈 This will help to minimise any chances of getting heartburn. The best thing is to remain upright for about 10-20 minutes after eating as well.
