🩸 What is a normal menstrual cycle?
🗓️ For each woman, "normal" will be quite different. There are general averages however - the bleeding is usually for 2-8 days and the total cycle length is usually 23-35 days.
🤯 The mind-blowing statistic - a woman may have as many as 480 periods! (Assuming puberty starts at 12, and menopause is at age 52).
