Bosons favor grouping. If a quantum state contains Bosons, the probability of other Bosons of joining the same quantum state is large. At extremely low temperature the thermal de-Broglie wavelength of Bosons is much smaller than that of the inter particle separation and the system of Bosons act like a super atom governed by the same wave function. This is the famous phenomenon of Bose-Einstein condensation. Actually when the temperature of ideal Bose gas is less than the critical temperature then most of the Bosons are in ground state. When the temperature is close to the absolute zero temperature then almost all Bosons are in the ground state. This condensed phase of the ideal Bose gas is called Bose-Einstein condensate.
