Soft Tofu 270g( half of a large tofu)
Fresh ginger 10g
Daikon Radish 100g
1 Shiitake Mushroom
1 Green Onion
Potato Starch 4Tbsp for coating tofu. ( corn and tapioca starch are fine too)

Ingredients for sauce
Soy Sauce 20ml
Mirin 20ml
Dashi 120ml
Potato starch 1tsp(corn and tapioca starch are fine too)
Water 2tsp ( mix with the starch before adding to the sauce)
