In Epernay, in Champagne, 35 prestigious houses have been established for more than a century. In Reims, cellar master Thierry Gasco opens the doors to an incredible network of cellars, dug into the old chalk quarries. In Saint-Emilion, Adrien David-Beaulieu recreates a vintage identical to that of his ancestors, after the exceptional discovery of a bottle dating from 1750 in the château's cellar. In the Loire Valley, Sylvie Augereau innovates: she tries winemaking in amphorae to produce natural wine, with white grapes vinified like reds. In Burgundy, Olivier Curt and Laurence Ruvilly protect the heritage and landscape of the Côte-d'Or.
