Ten years of meetings with committed women and men, who prove that the preservation of heritage is everyone's business, in all regions. For the occasion, the journalist met five personalities who left their mark on the show: Jérôme Houyvet, an aerial photographer fascinated by the beauty of the Cotentin, but Dominique Bouchait, cheesemaker, refiner from the Hautes-Pyrénées, Pierre Almendros, who restored the Château de Fléchères near Villefranche-sur-Saône. Also reunited with Chantal Alvergnas, a sheep breeder who has been living on the Larzac plateau since the 1980s, and finally Joël Méné, a café owner and volunteer firefighter from Villefranche-de-Conflent, in Catalan country.
