While this is certainly a feel-good meditation, it's really more of explainer video that leverages various graphic design and animation techniques to illustrate the transformational process of connecting with the heart chakra through meditation.
While I'm very much an LXD / designer and NOT a skilled meditation coach like Julie is!—my goal is that you'll be transported to a state of tranquility and inner peace. OR, at the very least, you'll be inspired to try your hand at producing an explainer video like this for your instructional design work.
To get the most out of this heart chakra meditation, find a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit or lie down without being disturbed. Close your eyes and breathe deeply as you follow along with the guided meditation.
