Linux, Screen Recording 2560x1440 at 60FPS, OBS vs SSR
Testing performance of 2560x1440 at 60FPS screen recording on Kubuntu 18.04. I'm using Nvidia's h264_nvenc hardware encoder for both OBS and SSR.
SSR seems to perform better - it's able to maintain a "fairly" consistent 60FPS, while OBS becomes choppy.
I'm new to this, so there's a possibility I haven't configured something correctly. If you know something about recording 2560x1440 at 60FPS on Linux, I'd love to hear from you (so please leave a comment below).
