Use 3 bowls for this recipe.
Bowl #1. 2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp each: baking soda, baking powder and salt. Whisk together.

Bowl #2. 3 ripe, mashed bananas. 2 tbsp milk, 1 tsp cinnamon. Mix together.

Bowl #3. 1 cup white sugar. 1 very softened stick of butter. Use an electric mixer makes it much easier. Add 2 eggs, one at a time, mixing in between.
Add the ripe bananas to the creamed butter mixture. Fold together with a spatula.
Add1/2 of the flour mixture. Fold together with a spatula. Add remaining flour and fold in with the spatula. Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
Use a 9 x 5 loaf baking pan. Bake in a 325-degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
THIS IS IMPORTANT:
LEAVE COOKED BREAD INSIDE THE LOAF PAN FOR 10 MINUTES, THEN REMOVE IT FROM THE PAN. **LET YOUR LOAF COOL OFF COMPLETELY BEFORE SLICING! **
