Chocolate Lasagna (No-Bake Cookout Dessert)
Crush a 1lb bag of Oreos (Not double stuffed)
Add 1 stick melted butter....Set aside 2 tbsp of crushed Oreos for topping (optional)
Press crumbs to the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish
Cool in the fridge for 10 minutes
In a bowl cream together 8 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup of powder sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 8 oz cool whip.
Add cream cheese layer on top of Oreo crust. Then let cool in the fridge for 10 minutes.
In a bowl add 3 cups of milk mixed with 2/ 3.9 oz packages of chocolate instant pudding.
Pour pudding on top of cream cheese layer.
Let cool in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Add an 8 oz container of cool whip on top of the pudding layer. Decorate with 2 tbsp crushed Oreos. Let the Oreo Lasagna set for 1 hour.
Then serve and Enjoy!
Topping options: mini chocolate chips, chocolate bar shavings.
