These are super easy to make and very versatile, so you don't have to make it exactly like the ones you'd get from the Asian restaurants!

8 oz lump crab meat
30+ wonton wrappers
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce or paste
1 tbsp dijon mustard
4 oz drained and finely minced water chestnuts
1/4 cup scallions, finely chopped
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup shallot, finely diced
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp MSG
1/4 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp light soy sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
For The Dipping Sauce:
2 tbsp chili garlic paste
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp ponzu sauce
2 tsp white sugar
2 tbsp honey
