But just like the habanero comes with an amazing flavor on top of the spice, so does this fried ghost pepper wing recipe. It's easy to make and modify and this ultimate spicy honey dipping sauce is worth some spicy poops!

For the Chicken Wings:
2 pounds chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
1-2 cups buttermilk
1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
For the Seasoned Flour:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

For the Ghost Pepper Spice Blend:
1 teaspoon ghost pepper powder (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground chipotle powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Zest of 1 lime
Ultimate Spicy Honey Dipping Sauce:
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons hot sauce (like Sriracha or your favorite hot sauce)
1/2 teaspoon ghost pepper powder (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
1 clove fresh garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
Zest of 1/2 an orange
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (optional, for texture)
For Frying:
Vegetable or canola oil, for frying
For Garnish:
Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
