마른고추1/2개(일반 홍고추 가능)
양념장-
간장3T
맛술3T
굴소스1T
물엿 3(2T는 양념장에. 나머지 1T는 졸임 마지막에 사용 )
흙설탕 3T
간마늘 1T
후추 한꼬집
방법-
1.팬에 버터2큰술과 기름을 한번 둘러 고기를 구워주세요
2.고기가 반쯤 구워질때 야채+마늘-고기가 노릇해질때까지 구워주세요
3.소스를 붓고 졸여주세요 .마지막 남은 물엿 1스픈을 넣고 윤기를 내주세요
4.준비한 밥에 얹혀줍니다.

500g Chicken Leg 500
1/3 carrot
A handful of leeks
1/2 onion
5-7 tons of garlic
1/2 dry pepper (normal red pepper possible)
Sauce-
3T Soy Sauce
1ююT Oyster Sauce
3T Starch syrup 3 (2T is used in the seasoning sauce, the remaining 1T is used at the end of boil)
3T earthen sugar
1T ground garlic
A pinch of pepper
Way-
1.Bake the meat with 2 tablespoons butter and oil in a pan
2. When the meat is half-baked, grill the vegetables + garlic-until the meat turns brown
3. Pour the sauce and boil it. Add 1 spoon of the last remaining starch syrup to shine
4. Put on the prepared rice.
