제 일터에서 몇가지 런칭할 메뉴에 참치샌드위치 한번 넣어봤습니다. 해외에서도 꽤 인기몰이를 하고 있어요. 쉽고 간편해 한번씩 만들어 보셔도 좋을 것 같아요^^
I put tuna sandwich on several menus to be launched. It is quite popular abroad. It's easy and simple, so I think it's good to try making it once ^^
재료-
참치캔 1개 -기름뺀 후 뜨거운물에 한번 씻어냅니다
오이-1/3개.소금에 절인 후 물기를 꽉 짜 준비합니다
양파-1/4개. 물에 담궈 아린맛 제거
(수분 뺀 참치.오이.양파에 마요네즈2T.후추.소금 약간 넣어 버무려줍니다)
토마토-1/2개.슬라이스 후 소금 .후추 간 . 물기제거
치즈2장
양상추
사과1/2개ㅡ슬라이스
식빵-버터에 구워 바삭한 식감으로 준비
*소스- 마요네즈3Т.머스터드1Т.설탕1T
구운식빵에 소스-상추-소스-토마토-야채버무린참치-사과-치즈,, 올려줍니다
material-
1 can of tuna-Rinse once with hot water after removing oil
Cucumber-1/3 pcs. Pickled in salt and squeezed to prepare
Onion-1/4 pcs. Soak it in water to remove the taste
(Add 2T of mayonnaise, pepper and salt to the dried tuna, cucumber, onion, and mix)
Tomato-1/2 piece, salt, pepper after slicing. Drainage
2 pieces of cheese
lettuce
1/2 apple ㅡ slice
Bread-baked in butter and prepared with a crispy texture
*Sauce-Mayonnaise 3Т. Mustard 1Т. Sugar 1T
