Ingredientes para 750g aproximadamente:
665 g Leche entera
100 g Azúcar granulado (azúcar común)
30 g Leche en polvo desnatada
50 g Dextrosa
20 g Azúcar invertido
30 g Cacao en polvo
100 g Callebaut chocolate belga 70,5%
5 g Estabilizante neutro (o lo que indique el producto)


Ingredients for 750 g of ice cream aprox.:
665 g whole milk
100 g granulated sugar (common sugar)
30 g skimmed milk powder
50 g Dextrose
20 g invert sugar
30 g Cocoa powder
100 g Belgian chocolate 70.5%, chopped
5 g Neutral stabilizer (or whatever the product indicates)
