30 g Cacao en polvo
100 g Callebaut chocolate belga 70,5%
5 g Estabilizante neutro (o lo que indique el producto)

50 g Dextrose
20 g invert sugar
30 g Cocoa powder
100 g Belgian chocolate 70.5%, chopped
5 g Neutral stabilizer (or whatever the product indicates)
