2 tbsp. flour All Purpose
1/2 tsp elychee or ground cardamom
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup pureed ginger

For the syrup
5 cups water
4 cups sugar
Feel free to add cardamon pods or saffron threads to the syrup.
