Guys for this recipe I used 1/2 tbsp of ghee but found it to be to much so I adjusted the measurements to suit.

1 tsp ghee or unsalted butter
2 1/2 cups finely grated coconut ( white ) remove milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp cardamon
1 cup milk powder
2 tbsp condensed milk
1/4 cup grenadine / rose syrup
1/3 cup desiccated coconut or fresh coconut ( white - milk removed)
Organic dried or organic fresh rose petals
