Marinated champignons - a quick recipe

Quick Pickled Mushrooms are very easy to make. Marinate mushrooms quickly! Pickled champignons at home can be used as an independent snack, and you can also prepare salads from them. Within a few hours after cooking, mushrooms can be served at the table. No chemicals or preservatives!
🔸 champignons - 600 g
🔸 garlic - 3 cloves
🔸 coriander - 1 teaspoon
🔸 black peppercorns - 10 pieces
🔸 bay leaf - 2 pcs.
🔸 Vinegar 9% - 2 tablespoons
🔸 vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
🔸 sugar - 1 tablespoon
🔸 salt - 1 teaspoon
🔸 water - 50 ml
1️⃣ Prepare champignons - cut large champignons into 4 parts, cut medium champignons in half. Leave small mushrooms whole.
2️⃣ Cut the garlic into thin slices.
3️⃣ Put the mushrooms in a saucepan, add garlic, coriander, black peppercorns, bay leaf, vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, salt and water.
4️⃣ Put the pot on the fire, bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling. Mushrooms will release juice, no more water needs to be added.
5️⃣ Transfer the finished champignons to a glass jar. Add the marinade in which the mushrooms were boiled, cover and leave to cool completely, and preferably overnight.
6️⃣ Serve the mushrooms before draining all the liquid from them. Add a little onion, cut into half rings, a spoonful of vegetable oil, mix and enjoy!
