1️⃣ Wash pears, remove the core, peel, if it is tough. Cut the pears into small cubes.
2️⃣ Break eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar and beat with a mixer until fluffy.
3️⃣ Add flour sifted through a sieve, gently mix the dough with a spatula.
4️⃣ Grease a baking dish with a diameter of 24 cm with butter.
5️⃣ Pour half of the dough into a mold, distribute the pears cut into pieces over the dough. Pour the remaining half of the dough on top of the pears. Distribute the dough evenly over the shape so that the dough completely covers the pears.
6️⃣ Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30-40 minutes until the cake is ready. Check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick. Pierce the pie with a toothpick and remove it, the toothpick should be dry.
7️⃣ Allow the cake to cool slightly right in the tin.
8️⃣ Remove the cake from the mold, cut into portions. Pour with condensed milk when serving.
