For the purists - use only sesame seeds and 1 tsp of sugar instead of the honey.

INGREDIENTS:
500 gr (4 cups) flour
300 ml (1 1/4 cups) lukewarm water
8 gr (2 tsp) active dry yeast
1 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp sea salt
60 gr (1/2 cup) sesame seeds
30 gr (1/4 cup) flax seeds
120 gr (1/2 cup) Greek yoghurt, 10%
30 gr (1.05 oz) feta
1/2 lemon
rosemary
