It's crazy how easy it is to motion track Michael Jackson's nose...oh well! Today on Pour Choices I am joined by @thesharbellashow to take on a combination of tailgating/football foot and Jamaican cuisine with these loaded jerk chicken fries. Complete with a jerk BBQ sauce and pineapple salsa that brings everything together. You're definitely going to be wanting this over and over again!

Grocery List:

4 russet potatoes, cleaned, cut into fries
2lbs chicken thighs
3 tbsp Walkers mild jerk seasoning (marinate chicken overnight)
Scotch Bonnet pepper sauce
Oil for frying

Jerk Sauce:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp Malcom Reed's Jammin' Jerk Seasoning
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper

Pineapple Salsa:
1 Pineapple, cut into spears, grilled/broiled and then diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 orange bell pepper, diced
1/2 large white onion, diced
1-2 tbsp cilantro, diced
Brown sugar (for pineapple)
Malcom Reed's Jammin' Jerk Seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: dash of cayenne pepper

Crema:
1/2 cup Mexican crema table ceam
1/2 lime, juiced
1 tsp Malcolm Reed's Jammin' Jerk Seasoning
