Video of my Squat training of this Friday March 22nd 2013. Didn't feel great at the start of the workout, but ended up hitting a new PR on the Squat. Overhead Press right arm doing its thing again, Deadlift I think my back should be straighter. I'm not doing Stronglifts 5x5 by the way, I'm doing a madcow 5x5-style of workout, because I'm obviously past the level strength-wise to progress on a program like StrongLifts 5x5 where the weight increases every workout. I need weekly increases to make progress.
