Video of my Squat training of this Monday March 18th 2013. 5x5 Squats with 130kg (286lb), it was relatively easy, I can keep adding weight 5lb each week for a couple more weeks I think. I did Overhead Press/Barbell Rows after that, it's not on the video. If you're wondering about the exercises not being inline with Stronglifts 5x5: it's because I'm doing a Madcow-style of training program (there's no way I could progress on StrongLifts 5x5 anymore obviously with the weights I'm Squatting, especially in relation to my body-weight). I left some of the mobility/soft tissue work I do often do between my Squat sets - here quad smashing with the bar, ankle distraction with the band, and ungluing of my achilles.
