Jam Filled Muffins are a tender muffin with a fun surprise inside! Use your favorite jam or jelly.

1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup raspberry jam

Directions:
Combine the flour, sugars, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl mix together the egg, milk melted butter and vanilla.
Add liquid into the dry ingredients. Stir until incorporated.
Line muffin tin with liners or grease well.
Put half of the batter into the four muffin tins.
Add 1 tsp of jam to center of each muffin.
Add remaining batter on top.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes in the pan and then remove from pan.
