▫️Eggs – 4 pcs
▫️Rice flour - 4 tbsp.
▫️Coconut shavings - 2 tbsp.
▫️Raisins – 100 g
▫️Sugar or sahzam - optional
▫️Cinnamon – 1 tsp.
▫️Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Cream:
▫️Soft cottage cheese (in a jar) – 350-400 g
▫️Jerusalem artichoke syrup – 3-4 tbsp. (or sugar/sakhzam, honey to taste)
